The
1970's
Flower Power

This exhibition shows an array of 1970's clothes mounted on peg-top models giving the observer a chance to study some of the vibrant colours, textures and designs of the period.
There are trouser suits, maxi and mini dresses, tunics and jackets made from a variety of fabrics. Included are accessories, shoes, scarves, belts and jewellery.
The fabrics often have patterns ranging from small to large and colours from quite muted to very bright reds, orange, yellow or vivid green as in this photograph.
